Are street dogs loyal?
Street dogs, also known as stray dogs or feral dogs, are canines that have been born and raised on the streets, without an owner or a permanent home. Many people assume that street dogs are aggressive or disloyal, but this is not always the case. In fact, street dogs can be incredibly loyal, affectionate, and protective of their human companions.
One reason why street dogs may be loyal is that they are often forced to rely on humans for survival. They may beg for food or scavenge in trash cans, but ultimately, they need humans to provide them with food, water, and shelter. This reliance on humans can create a bond between the dog and their caretaker, leading to a strong sense of loyalty and protectiveness.
Additionally, street dogs may be more attuned to human behavior and emotions than dogs that are kept as pets. Since they are constantly exposed to a variety of people and situations, street dogs may develop a heightened sense of empathy and social intelligence, allowing them to understand and respond to their human companions in a more nuanced way.
Of course, not all street dogs are loyal or friendly. Some may be fearful or aggressive due to past trauma or lack of socialization. However, with patience and proper training, many street dogs can become loyal and loving companions.

Why did I write this article?
I wrote this article because I want people to understand several things about street/stray dog. Years ago, in my neighborhood, many street dogs were killed by people, by shooting them and giving them poisonous food. They intended to wipe out all street dogs. I was a little kid, and I was so sad, how cruel we are.
We forget that animals have lives too. But I believed that there was a right way, instead of harming them. Don't kill or torture them, we should love and care for them. It is better to take appropriate methods to control and eliminate the effects of stray dogs.
Finally, while street dogs may not be associated with any particular breed, they are a common and important part of many communities. With proper care and attention, they can live long and healthy lives and provide us with many benefits.
